Sensory Awareness
Faulty sensory awareness is what makes our normal habits feel right and attempts to change them feel wrong. FMA wrote that we cannot take the measure of a thing with a faulty instrument, nor can we make sound decisions based on that information. Unreliable sensory awareness and the force of habit are two of the major hurdles that block the path to change and growth.
